MFH: 29 November

Today is the 290th anniversary of the marriage of my 7th great-grandparents, Anna Elisabetha Cloß and Johann Georg Bender. Anna and Johann were married 29 November 1718 in Altenkirchen, Kusel, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.

Anna was born in April 1697 in Altenkirchen, the only daughter and youngest child (of seven) of Hanß Theobald and Anna Maria Cloß. Johann was born in July 1694 in nearby Langenbach, the son of Peter and Maria Elisabetha (Drum) Bender.

Anna and Johann had four children, one daughter and three sons. Anna died in Altenkirchen in January 1727 and Johann died there in March 1753.
