MFH: 29 December

Today is the 257th anniversary of the marriage of my 6th great-grandparents, Sarah Clowes and Thomas Gore. Sarah and Thomas were married 29 December 1751 in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Sarah was born in about 1730 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the eldest daughter (of five) and eldest child (of six) of Thomas and Christiana (Palmer) Clowes. Thomas was born in about 1725 in Loudoun County, Virginia, the son of John Gore. Sarah and Thomas had ten children, two daughters and eight sons.
